You betcha! Each of our co-living units comes fully decked out with everything you need for a comfy stay. Think cozy beds (from single to king-size), ensuite bathrooms (for master rooms only), air conditioning, study desks, speedy internet, wardrobes, lamps, and basic furnishings you would need.

Got a hankering for some home cooking? We’ve got you covered! Whip up your favorite meals in our kitchens, equipped with fridge,  microwave,  cooker and basic kitchenware. Light cooking is encouraged.

Absolutely! Every unit comes with access to communal washers and dryers, so you can keep your threads fresh and clean.

At our co-living space, we’ve got you covered when it comes to keeping things tidy. We schedule weekly cleanings for all our common areas to ensure everything stays spick and span.

While we don’t provide in-room cleaning services, we do offer basic cleaning equipment and aids to help you keep your personal space neat and organized. Just a heads up, our cleaners won’t enter your individual rooms for cleaning, but we’ve got everything you need to tackle tidying up on your own!

Yep, we’ve got you covered with a set of bed linens per room. But hey, if you’ve got your own fave set, feel free to bring it along!

We will send in our service technicians to tackle any maintenance issues that pop up, from aircon servicing to fixing up wear and tear on appliances in the common areas.

Absolutely! Day visitors are welcome until 10 pm, but overnight stays are a no-go, sorry folks!

Yep! To secure your spot with us, we do require a refundable deposit at the time of confirmation. Additionally, there’s a one-time stamp duty application fee, which varies based on the duration of your stay. The deposit typically starts at the equivalent of one month’s room rental.

Ensuite bathrooms are reserved for master rooms, but tenants in common rooms will have to share toilets.

You bet! Our rental rates are all-inclusive, covering utilities, Wi-Fi, aircon service maintenance and cleaning services for the common areas, subject to a spending cap.

Yep, you’ll need to furnish us valid documents such as employment pass or work permits such as S-pass, work holiday pass or training employment pass. Alternatively, a valid student pass, dependent pass and long term social visit pass can also seal the deal.

Just shoot over copies of your valid pass/NRIC/visa and passport, and you’re good to go!

And sorry to disappoint some, tourist visas or short term stays below 3 months are not eligible for room rental.
